罗绍凯,1957年7月出生,河南商丘人。1991年破格晋升副教授,1995年破格晋升教授。1989年以来,历任《黄淮学刊》编辑部主任、主编, 《商丘师範学院学报》编辑部主任、主编,数学力学与数学物理研究所名誉所长; 2001年9月受聘为长沙大学教授、数学力学与数学物理研究所所长、《长沙大学学报》主编、校学术委员会委员;2004年4月调入浙江理工大学,任理论物理研究所所长、数学力学与数学物理研究所所长。1996年以来,相继受聘为北京理工大学一般力学硕士生兼职导师(1996)、套用数学博士生兼职副导师(1997),信阳师院理论物理学兼职教授(1997),湖南大学、江南大学物理学兼职教授(2002)。 1992年以来,获河南省省管优秀专家(省委、省政府,1999),河南省青年科技奖(省委组织部、省人事厅、省科协,1992),全国高校优秀编辑(国家教委,1995),全国优秀力学教师(中国力学学会,1996),河南省为经济建设服务先进个人(省委统战部,1995),河南省往届高校优秀毕业生(省高工委、省教委,1998),河南省高校优秀编辑(省教委,1995),商丘市专业技术拔尖人才(市委、市政府,1993),商丘市十佳优秀青年科技专家(市组织部、人事局、科委、科协,1997),焦善庆MMPH研究奖(中国数学力学物理学高新技术交叉研究学会,2000),The 20th Century Award for Achievement(英国IBC,1998),The 2000 Commemorative Medal of Honor(美国ABI,2000)等学术称号。

l 方向1:一般力学——分析力学,非完整系统动力学,Birkhoff系统动力学,数学力学,广义经典力学与非完整力学的统一理论,约束系统的稳定性理论,约束系统的对称性理论,可控系统动力学理论,机电系统动力学理论,变质量、非线性、相对论、转动相对论、相对运动、非Chetaev系统、Vacco力学系统、事件空间等专门问题的动力学理论。
l 方向2:理论物理——转动相对论系统分析力学,转动相对论Birkhoff系统动力学,相对论约束系统动力学,相对论Birkhoff系统动力学,对称性与守恆量,对称性摄动与渐近不变数、分析力学,数学物理。
l 方向3:套用数学——力学与物理学中的数学方法:侧重于变分法、微分方程、偏微分方程、积分理论、运算元理论、微分不变数与积分不变数、对称性约化、稳定性理论、摄动理论、Lie群与Lie代数、微分几何、非线性数学等在力学和物理问题中的套用。
