李香真

李香真

李香真,男,博士,中国科学院成都生物研究所研究员。国际期刊Frontiers in Microbial Ecotoxicology and Bioremediation编委;Plos One编委;Annals of Microbiology编委, Associate editor。曾经在中国农业大学和中国科学院植物研究所工作学习多年,从事土壤生态学和植物生态学方面的教学和科研工作。2004年12月获得德国康斯坦斯大学生物系博士学位(微生物学),研究方向是昆虫肠道内有机物质的转化及微生物学过程。

2005年1月-4月:在香港大学短期工作。
2005年4月-2009年5月:在美国俄克拉荷马大学植物和微生物学系作博士后,研究脱硫弧菌氢气代谢的途径。

2009年5月-2011年5月:在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校土木与环境工程系作博士后,主要利用环境基因组技术研究废水处理过程中微生物的代谢途径和微生物间的相互作用。
2009年5月-2011年10月:在伊利诺伊大学生物能源研究所工作,主要利用高通量测序技术和稳定性同位素标记技术研究能源植物(芒草、玉米、柳枝稷)根际微生物群落的结构和功能。
2011年入选中国科学院“百人计画”,到中国科学院成都生物所工作。主要从事环境微生物学、微生物生理学、环境基因组学和土壤生物学方面的研究,发表论文40余篇。目前的研究工作集中在以下几个方面:1)利用环境基因组和转录组技术研究生物质厌氧发酵过程中微生物群落的结构、功能和相互作用;2)利用高通量测序技术研究微生物多样性及对气候变化的回响;3)脱硫弧菌氢气代谢的生物化学过程。
