1968年，品酒汇两位创立者——罗伯特 · 迪斯坎普斯和帕克里特 · 考平克邀请当时享誉全球的c选鉴赏大师——“乔治杜柏夫、保罗布穀斯和皮埃尔特劳格拉斯”齐聚法国博若莱产区，共同为品酒汇挑选并酿造首款葡萄酒，并将其命名为“c ”，品牌中文名称译为“拉维之星”。
In 1968,the two founders of S.V. Club—Robert Deschamps and Patrick Coppinger invited GeorgesDuboeuf, PaulBocuse and PierreTroisgros—the then world-known French wine selection and appreciation mastersto gather in the production area of Beaujolais, France. They jointly selectedand made for S.V. Club the first kind of wine and named it as “La Vie de Star”,which is translated as “拉维之星”inChinese.
In 2006, Ms. Lagarde, who then served as theFrench Minister of Finance and currently as IMF President, wrote such words as “Outstandingquality and wonderful taste, it’s the wine I love!”.

2011年1月1日起，法国官方颁布新的葡萄酒制度命名：
AOC葡萄酒(法定产区葡萄酒)变成AOP葡萄酒 (Appellation d’Origine Protégée)。
VDP葡萄酒(地区餐酒葡萄酒)变成IGP葡萄酒 (Indication Géographique Protégée)。
VDT葡萄酒(日餐餐酒葡萄酒) 变成 VDF 葡萄酒（ Vin De France ） ,
