来自美国马里兰州的All Time Low，由主唱/节奏吉他手、主奏吉他手/合音Jack Barakat、贝斯手/合音Zachary Merrick和鼓手Ryan Dawson组成，团名灵感取自前辈New Found Glory大红歌“Head On Collision”。还是一群高中生时，专攻blink-182的作品并四处演唱，很快签入当地独立厂牌Emerald Moon Records旗下，陆续推出EP『The Three Words To Remember In Dealing With The End』和首张专辑『The Party Scene』。在毕业之前，All Time Low已转加盟更具规模的Hopeless Records，率先问世第二击『So Wrong, It`s Right』，惊人的登上流行领域！2009年的『Nothing Personal』，更不思议的抢下告示牌流行榜第四名、霸占另类+独立+摇滚三榜冠军，挟带锐不可挡的超人气，投效国际名厂Interscope Records，展开徵服国际的雄厚实力。
