要由国际国内着名餐饮业内人士、大师团体；酒吧管理公司；调酒用品供应厂商等相关单位，酒吧文化品牌 缔造者和当红调酒大师、优秀调酒师。按照平等自愿原则结成的调酒行业专业团体组织，维护会员的合法权益。
为会员服务，为行业服务，进行技艺互动交流，管理技术交流。

中国美酒推广大使，中国美酒博士，评审、认证。帮组酒吧企业策划、培训，指导运作酒店管理，
进行调酒交流，调酒融合活动。
2、本协会宣传有关调酒行业的发展方向，政策；法规，出版调酒师风采刊物，举办调酒师大赛活动，组织各地区範围内的调酒大赛。
3、 蒐集、传播酒吧市场信息，组织开展技术项目研发和交流。
4、维护协会会员的合法权益，为会员提供劳务纠纷的法律援助维权活动，保护本行业智慧财产权。
5、为会员颁发中国调酒师协会证书。
6、年度评定审核中国调酒大师、金牌行政吧檯经理、中国优秀调酒师、中国职业酒吧经理人等。
7、会员单位可申请，副会长单位，理事单位所在酒店颁发会员单位标牌。
8、帮助会员所在单位或酒店酒吧部门分析经营状况；提供技术人员；鸡尾酒设计；创新及酒吧行销方案。
