作者简介
马家骏，1937年1月出生于上海，1958年清华大学机械製造系毕业，历任山西省经济贸易委员会副主任、山西经济管理干部学院院长、山西省政协常委兼经济人口资源环境委员会主任，2004年退休后任山西省工业经济联合会常务副会长。教授级高级工程师。
