有源电力滤波器
有源电力滤波器-原理:
有源电力滤波器(APF,Active Power Filter)以并联的方式接入电网,通过外部高精度採样CT实时监测负载电流,将採集的信号转换成数位讯号后,送至控制电路的谐波分离模组,该模组将基波成分分离,将谐波成分送至调节和监测模组。该模组会将採集到的系统谐波成分和IFTSINE 已发出的补偿电流比较,然后通过PWM信号传送给内部IGBT,控制逆变器产生一个和负载谐波电流大小相等,方向相反的谐波电流注入到电网中,达到滤波的目的。

随着区域电网互联的发展和负荷用电密度的增加,最大限度的发挥输电线路的设计容量和提高系统的运行稳定性的问题就日益突出。要解决该问题,首先要考虑系统的电压分布的情况,电力系统中的电压分布的情况和系统中的无功潮流分布的关係十分的密切。因此,为了要调整系统的电压分布,必须要调整系统中的无功潮流的分布。 在电力系统中,任何的用电装置以及输配电设备都要占用一定的无功功率。这时无功电流的存在使得线路的总电流加大,所以相对的增大了输配电线路的有功损耗,从而造成了电压下降、电能浪费,进一步恶化了电力系统电能质量。无功补偿技术即是为了解决上述问题而提出的一种有效手段。 With the developing of area grid and increasing of loads, the problems of max using line-design capacity and improving system stability are more critical. To solve the problem it should be considered every bus voltage condition in the system first of all, while the voltage states have a close relation with the reactive power flow in the power system. Therefore to adjust the voltage of a grid, the reactive power flow must be adjusted. In power systems, any load device or transmission/distribution equipment occupies certain reactive power, which causes the reactive current that increases the line current. It makes the more active power consumption of transmission line, and brings about voltage drop, energy waste and taking to the worse for power quality further. The reactive power compensation technology is an effective method to solve the problems above.
静止无功发生器(SVG)简介 Introduction of SVG
静止无功发生器是FACTS设备的主要成员,它以双数位讯号处理器(DSP)为核心,通过电抗器将自换相桥式电路并联在电网上,採用实时数据採集技术和动态跟蹤技术,不断监测电网和系统的电压、电流并进行一系列的运算,最后经由以IGBT为核心的变流单元输出补偿到系统或电网,在快速连续的补偿调整系统无功功率的同时,还可以显着地改善负荷与公共电网连线点处的电能质量,提高功率因数、克服三相不平衡、消除电压闪变和电压波动、抑制谐波污染。 SVG (static var generator) is the main member of FACTS devices and its core CPUs are DSP. Adopting real-time data sampling and dynamic tracking technology, through monitoring the voltage and current of the grid, SVG is parallel connected with grid via the bridge-circuit by inductance, and it compensates reactive power of system, improves power quality of system interface and power factor, remove the phase unbalance, voltage flicker and fluctuation and depress harmonic pollution rapidly.

IFTANGLE产品优势(二)
为更有效的提高电能质量,IFTANGLE静止同步无功补偿装置已成为补偿无功功率、改善电能质量的有力工具。该技术的核心器件IPM模组,比GTO元件具有更快的开关频率,并且关断容量已达到一定规模,因此NEWANGLE装置具有更快的回响特性。 对于稳态时的电压质量问题有许多成熟的措施加以解决;但对于动态电能质量问题,依靠传统的无功补偿和常规的滤波装置则不能有效地解决,因为诸如电压跌落(sage)、浪涌(surge)、电压脉冲(impulse)与瞬时供电中断(outage)这类电能质量问题持续的时间很短、变化很快,并且有的电能质量问题还伴随着部分甚至全部的有功损失等情形。 IFTANGLE静止同步无功补偿装置在SVC装置的基础上,克服了SVC产品由于呈恆阻抗特性,使得在电压低时,无法提供所需的无功支持,应付突发事件的能力较弱;而且占地面积大,过多的SVC易引发系统振荡等弊端,IFTANGLE的无功电流输出可以很大电压变化範围内恆定,在电压低时仍能提供较强的无功支撑,并且可从感性到容性全範围内连续调节,使得其无功输出相当于同容量SVC的1.4—2倍;因IFTANGLE的灵活调压,还可以大大减少变压器分接头的切换次数,从而减少分接头故障次数。另外,IFTANGLE还可以抑制电压闪变,提高系统暂态稳定水平,结合我国的国情和已有的技术,发展静止同步无功补偿技术应是解决我国电压稳定问题的有效手段,并且也是FACTS技术发展的主要方向。 To more effectively improve the power quality, IFTANGLE SVG has become a powerful tool for reactive power compensation to improve the power quality. Based on the SVC, IFTANGLE has overcome the permanent impedance characteristic which causes that SVC is unable support var output,which provides weak ability to deal with thunderbolt in low voltage. Moreover the SVC area is big, excessively many SVC easy to initiate system vibration, the IFTANGLE’s var current may output in a very great voltage range of variation constant and could provide the strong work support in low voltage, and is with a scope adjust continuously. So its var output equals to co-content SVC 1.4—2 times. Because of IFTANGLE can adjust voltage, it may also reduce the operation number of transformer tapping greatly, which reduces tapping breakdown number, Moreover, IFTANGLE can suppress the voltage flickering, raise the system transition condition stable level, unified our country’s condition and the existing technology, which is national technology direction.
