中心积极开展国内外交流,目前已经与国际马铃薯研究中心(CIP)、美国威斯康星大学(University of Wisconsin)、澳大利亚联邦科工(CSIRO)、英国詹姆斯赫顿研究所(James Hutton Institute)、荷兰瓦赫宁根大学(Wageningen University)、中国农业科学院深圳农业基因组研究所等国内外科研单位建立了战略合作关係。
