为了回响我国政府关于“共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路”(以下简称“一带一路”)的重大倡议，推动“一带一路”国家和地区的经济发展，广东省商业联合会和广州商业总会与境内外有影响力的商协会共同发起成立“一带一路国际商会协作联盟”(以下简称“国际商盟”)，同时，打造“一带一路内外贸电商平台”、“一带一路线下服务基地”和“一带一路商业发展基金”。

为了回响我国政府关于“共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路”(以下简称“一带一路”)的重大倡议，推动“一带一路”国家和地区的经济发展，广东省商业联合会和广州商业总会与境内外有影响力的商协会共同发起成立“一带一路国际商会协作联盟”(以下简称“国际商盟”)，同时，打造“一带一路内外贸电商平台”、“一带一路线下服务基地”和“一带一路商业发展基金”。加入联盟的境内外商协会发动会员企业上电商平台，进行产品销售和採购，并在交易额中获得提成(加入联盟不缴会费)，以此，为会员企业进行商品贸易提供平台，而且也为商协会提升自身价值提供新的渠道和方式。
In response to the Chinese Government-proposed “the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road” (hereinafter referred to as the Belt and Road Initiative), and to promote economic developments of the countries and regions along the Belt and Road, “The Belt and Road Alliance of International Chambers of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as AICC), is jointly established by Guangdong General Chamber of Commerce ,Guangzhou General Chamber of Commerce , both domestic and oversea influential business chambers or associations.Meanwhile, “The Belt and Road Internet Platform for International Trade”,”The Belt and Road Off-line Exhibition Bases for Innovation” and “The Belt and Road Business Development Fund” are under construction.Domestic and oversea chambers or associations who have joined AICC should mobilize their member enterprises to surf the internet for product sales and purchase.In addition ,chambers or associations can obtain certain commission after every transaction(joining the AICC doesn’t charge any fee) .We aim at providing a platform for enterprises where they can conduct the whole transaction on line ,but also brand new channels and means to enhance their own value.
国际商盟运作原则
- 平等尊重的原则。联盟成员享有平等地位，互相尊重，互不干涉各商协会成员内部事务。
1. Equity and mutual respect. All members enjoy equal statusand shall work together in the spirit of mutual respect and non-interference in each other's internal affairs.
2.开放创新的原则。国际商盟成员不限于“一带一路”相关国家和地区的限制，各国和国际、地区、行业、城市的商协会均可参加。与时俱进,开拓创新，使国际商盟成为创新型国际社会组织。
2. Openness and innovation. The Alliance is not exclusive to countries and regions along the Belt and the Road, which means Chambers of commerce and associations beyond are also welcome to join the Alliance. And we are determined to move with the times and blaze new trails for the Alliance to become an innovative international non-governmental organization.
3.依法公正的原则。国际商盟管理者坚持依法办会、公正办事，遵守章程，及时向联盟成员公布重大事项,接受联盟成员的监督。
3. Fairness and observance of laws. Administrators will operate the Alliance and handle its affairs in accordance with laws. And administrators shall also observe the Charter of the Alliance, inform members of major events and be subject to the supervision of its members.
4.市场运作的原则。遵循市场规律和国际通行的规则，以国际商盟为纽带，以企业为主体，按照市场规律进行运作。
4. Market operation. The Alliance which units enterprises in various countries and regions will be operated on market rules and prevailing international rules.
5.互利共赢的原则。充分兼顾联盟成员的权益，坚持按劳取酬的準则，创造机会为联盟成员获得应有的收益。
5. Mutual benefit. The Alliance will take into full consideration the rights and interests of its members, and create opportunities for its members to gain the benefits they deserve with respect to their contributions.
国际商盟职责
1. 积极推动“一带一路”的经济繁荣，促进区域社会健康发展。
1. To promote economic prosperity of countries and regions along the Belt and the Road.
2.推动联盟成员间的交流合作，促进经济的创新发展。
2. To further exchanges and cooperation between members of the Alliance and facilitate their economic development and innovation.
3.研究沿线国家、地区的投资营商环境和经济政策，向相关国家和地区的政府提出建议。
3. To research into the investment and business environment of countries and regions long the One Belt and One Road so as to offer recommendations to governments involved.
4.支持“一带一路网际网路国际贸易平台”的建设，号召联盟成员组织所属会员企业上线开展贸易，提供服务，推动沿线国家和地区的贸易发展。
4. To support the establishment of “One Belt One Road Internet Trade Platform”, urge members to organization their member enterprises to transact via the Platform, provide services to those enterprises and promote trade development among countries and regions along the Belt and the Road.
5.号召联盟成员组织会员企业积极参与线下展示创新基地的合作，协助基地招商和运作，推动青年创业创新。
5. To call for members to organize their member enterprises tocooperate with Offline Base for Entrepreneurial Innovation, assist investment attraction and operation of the Base and encourage youth entrepreneurial innovation.
6.支持“一带一路商业发展基金”的建立，号召会员企业积极协助募集资金，推荐优质募投项目。
6. To support the establishment of “One Belt One Road Commercial Development Fund” and call upon member enterprise to vigorously engage in fund-raising initiatives and recommend good investment projects.
